Welcome to WolfCheats. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the WolfCheats website, products and services ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the Terms, which may result in the immediate closure of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password, whether on our account or on a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to third parties. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services and Licenses

WolfCheats provides tools and services for games. Our products are licensed, not sold. When you purchase one of our products, you are acquiring a license to use the software according to these Terms.

The license granted to you is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and limited. You may not:

• Copy, modify or create derivative works based on our Services
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer, sublicense or provide access to third parties
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any part of our Services
• Remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark or other proprietary notices

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. By acquiring a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

For recurring subscriptions, you authorize WolfCheats to automatically charge your payment method according to the terms of the chosen subscription (monthly, quarterly, annually) until you cancel.

We accept various payment methods, including PIX, credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum). All transactions are processed securely and encrypted.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining sufficient funds to cover the fees. If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

All prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes with reasonable advance notice.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are carefully analyzed by our team and are generally only granted after various tests confirming that the product is not functioning correctly. To initiate the refund process, contact our team on Discord.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Products that have been used for more than 24 hours
• Products that have been banned or detected due to improper use by the client
• Products purchased with prior knowledge of incompatibility
• Products where the client did not follow the provided installation instructions

6. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights or any other third-party rights
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise questionable
• Use our Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our Services or related systems
• Collect or track personal information of other users
• Harass, threaten or intimidate any other user

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will WolfCheats, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access or use or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

WolfCheats does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors; nor does it guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

You understand and agree that the use of our products may result in penalties imposed by game developers, including, but not limited to, temporary or permanent bans. WolfCheats is not responsible for any penalties resulting from the use of our products.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate the Terms.

After termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, must survive termination, will survive termination, including, without limitation, provisions of ownership, disclaimers of warranty, indemnification and limitations of liability.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after these revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the Services.
